Fair Oaks Farms Woman Leadership Group.

President and CEO, Mike Thompson believes in his employees having the capabilities to continue to grow and provide a diversified company in bringing cultivating ideas and enhancing the company in the future with team, positive energy and support system.

Fair Oaks Farms currently has two diversity groups, FOF Women Leaders and The Employee Resource Group.

Fair Oaks Farms Women Leaders

FOF Women Leaders holds monthly meetings with women who are looking to advance in their careers and grow as leaders within the company. The group elects officers annually, hosts dynamic speakers, has access to leadership webinars, and has a commitment to support community charitable organizations.

The Employee Resource Group

FOF Employee Resource Group (ERG) is an elite committee that filters various resources and events for all Fair Oaks Farms employees. The ERG is a new concept group that helps to motivate, inspire, and provide resources for all levels of diversity. The ERG also communicates Fair Oaks Farms commitment to treasuring the diverse workplace which makes our company stronger and wiser.

Fair Oaks Farms’ goal is to invest in diversity businesses like our customer’s invest in us. We understand we must be competitive and meet our customer’s needs throughout the supply chain. We expect the same from our suppliers. Our goal is to increase diversity spend with our suppliers by 10% each year.
