MIchael L. THOMPSON, PRESIDENT AND CEO
Michael Thompson is the president and chief executive officer of Fair Oaks Farms, LLC. Prior to Fair Oaks Farms, Mike worked for McDonalds, where his passion for the restaurant business and his drive to excel further in the industry propelled him to take the next step into entrepreneurship. Mike acquired the majority ownership of Fair Oaks Farms, guided by his insightful leadership ability and sharp business insight. Mike has achieved great success since taking the helm of Fair Oaks Farms in 2003. As an advocate for diversity, Mike continues to stand as a benchmark for minority businesses, maintaining Fair Oaks Farms as a certified Minority Business Enterprise.
Joseph freda, Senior Vice President
Joe Freda joined Fair Oaks Farms in 2015 as Senior Vice President Business Operations & Strategic Development, bringing with him 25 years of experience in Food Manufacturing. His comprehensive experience consists of research and development, product development and corporate finance. Joe is also a passionate and innovative leader skilled at engaging key stakeholders and empowering the Fair Oaks Farms team to produce world-class results.

Michael J. Thompson joined the business in 2009, as a National Account Sales Manager at Fair Oaks Farms. Since then, Michael has transitioned into Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Michael has over 15 years of experience in the Food Industry, is an accomplished marketing strategist and a strong leader. His vision and expertise continues to demonstrate cost-effective growth for Fair Oaks Farms. Michael is skilled in building relationships of trust and respect from customers and peers, which continues to allow success in his career as well as growth for Fair Oaks Farms.

I have learned a lot since I first started working for Fair Oaks Farms in January of 2007. FOF provides me with the necessary training and tools to succeed as a supervisor. They also allowed me the opportunity to learn and grow in my career, I recently started working with R&D projects which is something that I enjoy very much. I like that we are a diverse group of people that care and take pride in our work; but we have fun and work together as a family. I am very proud of being part of the FOF team.
